Avionics Technician

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, modifications, and installations of aircraft systems
• remove, reinstall, assemble, and test components
• follow manufacturer instructions, FAA regulations, and repair-station procedures
• complete repair-station forms and discrepancy records
• interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints
• maintain tools and work areas
• communicate work progress to the avionics supervisor
• ensure completed tasks receive inspection.
