What you'll do

• Answer customer calls
• prepare and process quotes through the ERP system
• convert approved quotes into orders
• follow up on outstanding quotes
• source buy-out materials
• enter purchase orders and coordinate with vendors
• process Laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders
• prepare material return authorizations when needed
• communicate with Account Managers
• participate in monthly sales training
• assist with sales and customer service responsibilities.
