Account Manager – Digital Marketing

The Account Manager – Digital Marketing role is an onsite position in Provo, UT, with compensation of $80,000 per year. The account manager owns day-to-day client relationships and coordinates internal teams to deliver strategies aligned with client goals. The role also monitors campaign results, identifies optimization and growth opportunities, and uses AI tools to support research, reporting, ideation, and client communication.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of clients
• develop and present account plans, campaign roadmaps, and performance reports
• coordinate paid media, creative, SEO, and email/SMS teams
• monitor campaign performance and surface insights
• use AI tools to support research, reporting, content ideation, and client communications
• identify relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables
• contribute to process improvements.
