What you'll do

• Lead assigned-location operations and supervise, coach, and develop staff
• conduct pre-shift meetings and support onboarding and training
• oversee lesson readiness, staffing coverage, opening and closing procedures, and facility cleanliness
• teach lessons and conduct swimmer evaluations as needed
• serve families, address concerns, promote programs and enrollment, and support outreach
• monitor safety and lesson quality, inspect facilities and equipment, respond to incidents, and complete reports and operational records.

Why this role
