Construction Project Manager, Reconstruction

The Construction Project Manager, Reconstruction role is onsite in Meridian, ID, with compensation of $75,000–$85,000 per year. The role is part of Paul Davis’s Reconstruction department and manages property restoration projects after damage from water, fire, storms, or other disasters. The project manager coordinates each project from planning through closeout, aligning customers, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver work on schedule, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. The role also supports customer confidence through clear communication and organized project execution.

What you'll do

• Oversee reconstruction projects from start to finish
• create work orders, budgets, and schedules
• coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and internal teams
• communicate with property owners and insurance representatives
• ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• track inspections, permits, and materials
• maintain organized job sites and project documentation
• lead customer walkthroughs and closeouts.
