What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests
• check members into classes and assist with reservations and account questions
• answer calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
• provide studio tours and guide prospective members through first visits
• present membership options and follow up with leads and former members
• process membership and retail transactions
• maintain member records
• support events, promotions, and outreach
• work with coaches and studio leadership
• maintain the front desk, lobby, and studio
• complete opening, closing, and administrative duties as assigned.
