Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator role is onsite in South Elgin, IL, and compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Coordinate assigned recruiting and selection activities
• support prehire, orientation, and new-hire activities
• coordinate laptop setup, access requests, IT support follow-up, and company property records
• support training and development coordination
• respond to routine employee questions and refer sensitive or complex concerns to HR leadership
• assist with offboarding
• coordinate volunteer and AmeriCorps program activities and records
• support HR systems, reports, calendars, communications, and process improvements.
