The Maintenance Technician — Building Maintenance role is onsite in Buffalo, New York, with work across the Buffalo area, including properties in Buffalo and Williamsville. Pay is $24–$30 per hour, based on skills and experience. The technician maintains and improves Iskalo Development Corp.’s commercial real estate portfolio. The role completes repairs, preventive maintenance, inspections, and improvement projects while responding to maintenance requests and documenting work. It helps keep the company’s office, medical, retail, hospitality, and residential properties in working condition for tenants and users.

What you'll do

• Complete general building repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
• perform carpentry, drywall, door, window, and finish repairs
• handle basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs within skills and experience
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, and recommend repairs
• document work in the work-order system
• work independently and with team members and contractors.
