What you'll do

• Manage the renewal lifecycle for most Illinois accounts, from outreach more than 90 days before renewal through signed contracts
• maintain the CRM renewal pipeline and negotiate terms and pricing within company guidelines
• serve as primary contact for Illinois customers through proactive communication and periodic site visits
• conduct post-season account reviews and resolve service issues with operations
• identify and present upsell opportunities and coordinate larger expansions with account executives
• collaborate with operations, billing, and marketing.
