What you'll do

• Represent clients in complex business, financial-services, and construction disputes
• manage investigation, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• argue motions and attend hearings in Lee and Collier counties
• draft memoranda, briefs, and client reports
• work with senior attorneys on trial and arbitration strategy
• maintain client relationships.
