What you'll do

• Process mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, including mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, stock splits, rights offerings, and dividends
• monitor announcements
• coordinate elections and processing with custodians, sponsors, investment managers, and internal stakeholders
• maintain and validate account, position, cash, and entitlement data
• research exceptions
• perform reconciliations
• support account onboarding and servicing
• follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.
