What you'll do

• Provide direct care under the established plan of care
• measure and record vital signs and specified metrics
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• prepare meals, assist with feeding, laundry, and light housekeeping
• assist clients with medications under RN direction without administering them
• report abnormal findings or changes
• support supervised therapy exercises and ambulation.
