This role exists to perform as a proficient certified surgical technologist. The technologist works independently in multiple service lines, enforces sterile technique, anticipates surgeon needs, and precepts other staff members in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Performs first scrub role independently in multiple service lines.
• Scrubs core and specialty procedures.
• Uses instrumentation and equipment properly.
• Precepts other staff in the scrub role.
• Applies and enforces principles of sterile technique.
• Maintains sharp and medication safety.
• Performs surgical counts.
