What you'll do

• coordinate orientations and training schedules
• manage employee files and HR documentation
• respond to basic policy and procedure questions
• maintain employee records and HR databases
• assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, reporting, and staffing
• support benefits enrollment and payroll coordination
• coordinate applicable pre-employment checks and clearances
• assist with HR projects and audits
• support workplace culture.
