What you'll do

• Lead multi-site operations toward financial, operational, and client satisfaction goals
• drive client retention, regulatory compliance, food safety, purchasing, culinary standards, and people management
• build client and stakeholder relationships
• coach management teams
• manage budgets, forecasts, labor planning, and P&L performance
• analyze metrics and implement improvement strategies
• conduct site visits and oversee action plans
• support business development, site surveys, presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations
• ensure audit compliance
• communicate company initiatives.
