Materials Inventory Analyst

What you'll do

• Perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory
• track inventory levels, materials flow, and usage
• enter and maintain transactions in ERP/WMS systems
• assist with standard inventory reports and dashboards
• gather information for discrepancy investigations
• maintain inventory documentation
• support warehouse organization, labeling, and slotting
• prepare and process Bills of Lading
• coordinate routine materials questions with Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse staff.
