What you'll do

• Lead the salon toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• hire, train, coach, and develop Beauty Consultants
• provide sales, product, and customer-service training
• conduct customer consultations for tanning, wellness, skincare, and beauty products
• build customer relationships and recommend memberships, services, and products
• track performance and develop action plans
• ensure policies and legal requirements are followed
• maintain the salon
• manage opening, closing, cash handling, and daily administrative work.
