What you'll do

• Manage billing, collections, denial management, claims follow-up, and account resolution
• monitor team productivity and revenue cycle metrics
• analyze payer trends, denials, aging accounts, and reimbursement opportunities
• maintain reporting dashboards, work queues, and scorecards
• standardize processes and maintain SOPs
• train team members
• execute strategic initiatives and performance improvement projects
• use AI tools to categorize denials and prioritize work queues
• automate reports and dashboards
• implement workflow automation and train staff on AI-enabled tools.
