The Recruiter, Strategic Accounts role is hybrid in Marlborough, MA, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday. Compensation is $60,000–$65,000 annually plus monthly bonuses. The recruiter supports Eastridge Workforce Solutions’ Strategic National division and its workforce recruitment efforts for strategic national accounts. The role manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across multiple states, connecting candidates and clients while supporting workforce engagement and delivering staffing solutions. It also contributes to account relationships, recruiting performance, and client workforce needs.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume light industrial, warehouse, production, and operational roles across multiple states
• develop sourcing strategies
• interview candidates in person or via RingCentral
• meet weekly recruiting KPIs and monthly gross-profit targets
• build relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates
• support HR events and account management
• advise clients and candidates on market trends
• maintain job postings and career/social channels
• take job orders
• market candidates
• and reactivate dormant accounts. Local travel is expected approximately 30%.
