Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is onsite in Hermitage, TN, with travel to customer locations. Pay is $22.87–$23.00 per hour. Culligan Quench provides filtered water systems and beverage equipment, with a stated aim of reducing reliance on single-use plastic bottles. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs customer equipment, including water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. The role combines hands-on troubleshooting, routine maintenance, safe equipment handling, service documentation, and professional customer support.

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment
• replace filters, clean and sanitize tanks, change UV bulbs, and clear water lines
• inspect for leaks, malfunctions, and safety concerns
• follow safety policies and site procedures
• maintain vehicle and service logs
• transport and operate equipment and tools safely
• document work on a tablet or mobile device
• provide timely customer service.
