What you'll do

• Coordinate dietary services with related departments
• assist with resident dietary assessments and care plans
• ensure staff use care plans in daily service
• review and revise plans at least quarterly
• provide nutritionally similar substitutes when residents refuse foods
• process diet changes
• inspect food storage and oversee kitchen equipment sanitation.
