What you'll do

• Plan and execute fundraising events, including West Fight On
• coordinate event logistics, vendors, volunteers, committees, and event-day operations
• create and share event and organization information on social media
• cultivate donor, sponsor, volunteer, and community relationships
• manage sponsorship fulfillment, donor recognition, stewardship, and follow-up
• deliver presentations about the Foundation and West Fight On
• maintain CRM records and prepare reports
• support peer-to-peer fundraising, donor communications, acknowledgements, sponsorship materials, and fundraising collateral.
