Dental Treatment Coordinator

Job overview

The Dental Treatment Coordinator role is onsite in Sioux Falls, SD, with a Monday–Thursday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. Starting pay is $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience and credentials. Neighborhood Dental provides dental care focused on patient comfort, education, and oral health. The coordinator helps patients understand recommended care and move forward with treatment. The role supports the practice by reviewing treatment plans, explaining options, coordinating schedules and follow-up, and communicating with dentists and team members to support patient care and treatment acceptance.

What you'll do

• Review treatment plans with patients
• explain treatment and payment options
• communicate with dentists and team members
• greet and schedule patients as needed
• collect payments when needed
• verify and update patient information
• monitor the daily schedule
• follow up on recommended treatment and continuing care by phone, text, and email
• use Solutionreach and Dentrix Ascend
• monitor continuing-care and treatment manager lists.
