What you'll do

• Develop annual business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial objectives
• manage P&L, margins, costs, and profitability
• analyze results and implement corrective strategies
• evaluate event profitability, track utilization, pricing, and customer agreements
• oversee deposits, billing, receivables, and financial obligations
• build relationships with racing organizations, promoters, partners, and customers
• lead retention, renewals, business development, event booking, and contract negotiations
• provide strategic oversight of operations and event readiness
• manage vendor relationships and service costs
• lead, coach, and performance-manage the Operations Manager
• oversee staffing plans and budgets
• report performance, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and ownership.
