What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment
• set up and close down the dish machine
• maintain its cleanliness and report mechanical issues to a manager
• maintain correct chemical combinations
• mop and sweep floors
• empty trash
• and clean and sanitize throughout the shift.
