The Wide Web Flexographic Press Operator – 2nd Shift role is an onsite, direct-hire opportunity in Neenah, WI, paying up to $32 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The operator produces flexible packaging products with a high-speed flexographic press. The role contributes to production quality and delivery goals by setting up and operating presses, monitoring print conditions, inspecting output, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining equipment and production records. The operator collaborates with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet customer specifications and schedules.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate PCMC Central Impression flexographic presses
• mount plates, install anilox rolls, and thread substrates
• perform makeready and changeovers
• monitor press settings and print quality
• inspect output and conduct quality checks
• troubleshoot press, ink, substrate, and registration issues
• perform routine and preventive maintenance
• maintain production and quality records
• follow safety and GMP requirements.
