What you'll do

• Oversee daily microbiology laboratory operations and supervise and develop laboratory technicians. Ensure adherence to SOPs, ISO 17025, GLP, and regulatory requirements
• maintain data integrity, documentation, and a safe, compliant lab. Coordinate workflow, staffing, sample tracking, data entry, and reporting through LIMS
• drive process improvements
• prepare for audits
• support timely reporting and resolution of client inquiries.
