What you'll do

• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, apartment communities, general contractors, and commercial property owners.
• Generate opportunities through in-person visits, networking, referrals, and outreach, targeting three or more in-person visits per day.
• Present the Roof Health Report and inspection program, schedule inspections and meetings, track activity in CRM, coordinate handoffs with sales, estimating, and production, and support storm response when needed.
