What you'll do

• Conduct one-on-one case management and initial assessments
• develop work plans with youth
• monitor progress through home, office, and off-site visits
• recruit youth
• maintain required program documentation and data
• help youth attend high school equivalency classes
• recruit employers for work-based learning
• support employment, post-secondary education, and training placement
• follow up with participants and employers for 12 months after program completion
• build community support and job opportunities
• report progress to program managers.
