What you'll do

• Translate the approved training framework into session-level materials, activities, and pacing
• manage trainers and contributors
• maintain training calendars across markets
• review completion data and new-hire feedback
• build reusable templates, job aids, and a training library
• coordinate training-week execution and launch readiness
• maintain onboarding checklists and the LMS
• coordinate subject matter experts and shadowing.
