The Preschool PM Teacher & After-School Recreation Leader role is onsite in Morgan Hill, CA, Monday–Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., full-time and year-round. The expected hourly range is $22–$32. Oakwood School serves students from preschool through twelfth grade and emphasizes an intentional education, student growth, and a supportive learning environment. The position supports preschool classroom instruction and student care, then transitions to recreation and enrichment for elementary and middle school students. Through supervised learning, play, and activities, the role helps create a safe, positive environment that supports students’ academic, social, and emotional development.

What you'll do

• Work with the lead teacher to support the preschool classroom program and curriculum
• assist with small-group and individual learning
• supervise students during activities, meals, rest, transitions, and play
• support behavior, independence, social-emotional development, and routines
• prepare classroom materials
• supervise elementary and middle school students in the after-school program
• help plan and lead recreation and enrichment activities
• support homework as appropriate
• ensure safe supervision during activities, transitions, and dismissal.
