The Real Estate Investment Associate role is based onsite in Outpost’s Austin, TX office; compensation is not specified. The role supports Outpost’s nationwide growth across its industrial outdoor storage and truck-terminal portfolios. Working with senior leadership and the acquisitions team, the associate supports sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, transaction execution, investor communications, and market research. The work helps evaluate and execute acquisitions and supports asset management and growth initiatives.

What you'll do

• Support sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and investor communications
• perform financial modeling and valuation analysis for potential acquisitions
• coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• prepare investment memos and reports
• synthesize market information and research
• analyze contracts, financial statements, leases, loans, and other transaction documents.
