What you'll do

• Advise enterprise customers on Caterpillar digital solutions and business objectives
• assess fleet performance, system health, and connectivity
• conduct fleet connectivity audits and recommend improvements
• resolve complex application, integration, and data issues
• collaborate with Caterpillar and internal stakeholders on product enhancements
• design and deliver digital enablement strategies
• lead customer-facing digital transformation initiatives
• improve ticketing and support workflows
• support technology validation, testing, and deployment
• develop reporting and analytics
• support third-party integrations, administrative systems, asset exceptions, and subscription billing accuracy.
