What you'll do

• Provide culturally and linguistically responsive, trauma-informed mental health services
• conduct screenings, assessments, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and safety planning as appropriate
• coordinate care and referrals
• maintain clinical documentation
• supervise students and/or staff
• provide training and technical assistance
• represent the center in coalitions
• support clinical policies, quality improvement, reporting, and program evaluation.
