What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of internet and network fundamentals
• assist with administration and maintenance of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, VMware, and storage infrastructure
• support enterprise and desktop hardware and software
• monitor systems and recommend improvements to utilization, security, and integrity
• troubleshoot network performance and document hardware and software issues
• conduct maintenance and change-control routines
• manage assigned projects
• maintain system records
• assist with backup and disaster-recovery testing
• support intrusion detection and regulatory compliance
• participate in the required on-call rotation and irregular schedules.
