What you'll do

• Attend virtual and in-person client meetings and document decisions, action items, and follow-ups
• share meeting notes with stakeholders
• assign tasks to internal team members and track progress
• follow up on deadlines and communicate delays or issues
• serve as a client contact for updates and information gathering
• maintain records and provide reports
• identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.
