What you'll do

• Design end-to-end onboarding curricula for field operations
• develop e-learning, quizzes, knowledge checks, and hands-on exercises
• create certification and leadership development programs
• produce learning content in multiple formats
• facilitate instructor-led sessions and prepare field leaders to deliver training
• partner with operations leaders and subject-matter experts
• maintain accurate curricula, standard operating procedures, and job aids
• design assessments and certifications
• track completion, scores, time-to-productivity, and early performance
• use data and learner feedback to improve training.
