What you'll do

• Develop provider-relations strategies to strengthen partnerships and expand the network
• lead provider contract negotiations and renewals
• resolve provider inquiries, disputes, and performance issues
• collaborate with network management, compliance, and operations
• monitor provider satisfaction and implement improvement plans
• train and develop the provider-relations team
• lead account executives.

Why this role
