What you'll do

• Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection activity
• contact customers about outstanding balances
• negotiate payment arrangements in line with company policies
• investigate billing discrepancies and disputed invoices
• analyze payment trends and account history
• collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Accounting
• document collection efforts and account status
• reconcile accounts and research unapplied cash
• escalate high-risk accounts
• prepare accounts receivable and aging reports
• follow company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
