What you'll do

• Read pack-out instructions
• identify equipment and supplies for line setup
• perform quality checks
• set and adjust the pallet wrapper and replace strap rolls
• direct incoming and outgoing materials
• work toward daily production goals
• implement productivity improvements
• coach, train, and lead others
• communicate supply needs.
