What you'll do

• Create detailed cost estimates, scope definitions, exceptions and exclusions, and vendor or subcontractor quotes
• identify labor, material, and time requirements using site visits, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
• assemble numerical and descriptive estimate information
• coordinate with contractors, owners, and engineers on project designs
• work with account managers
• attend assigned meetings and training
• travel locally and occasionally visit job sites.
