Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Monitor patient schedules across six clinics and help balance patient loads
• monitor call center volumes, drop rates, and wait times
• track clinical inbox requests
• follow up on inventory and facility issues
• conduct periodic in-person clinic audits
• assist with HR tasks as needed
• work with the Chief of Staff on operational initiatives.
