Legal Counsel

Provide legal advice and support in all aspects of construction law; Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts; Draft documentation and provide legal support for disputes involving construction projects; Ensure proper organization and timely completion of relevant project documents; Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external inquiries; Other duties as assigned.
