The Cook role is onsite at Central Ohio Behavioral Health in Columbus, OH, with compensation of $18.75 per hour. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with shifts from 5:00 AM–1:30 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM and rotating days and weekends. Culinary Services Group provides food service management to senior care, hospital, and behavioral health communities. The cook prepares and serves food according to recipes, schedules, and safety standards. The role supports reliable meal service through food preparation, portion control, kitchen sanitation, and coordination with coworkers and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and schedules
• serve meals or prepare them for delivery
• maintain portion, temperature, and presentation standards
• taste prepared food
• keep kitchen, refrigerators, and storerooms clean
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, records, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs and safety issues
• follow HACCP and food-handling procedures.
