Quality Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and improve the ISO-based quality management system, certification activities, internal audits, and corrective actions
• develop a multi-year quality strategy
• lead and develop quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors
• serve as the primary quality contact for customers
• partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain on process controls
• oversee production inspection and testing
• improve supplier quality
• drive Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable improvement initiatives.
