Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Manage incoming calls, texts, and scheduling requests
• assess whether requests involve emergency outages or standard repairs
• dispatch on-call technicians
• communicate with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams
• complete invoices, work orders, and ticket updates
• track field progress using GPS and dispatch systems
• call maintenance customers to schedule covered visits.
