What you'll do

• Lead and coach the sales team
• manage KPIs, sales goals, customer acquisition, and revenue objectives
• maintain sales pipeline, CRM documentation, follow-up, and reporting
• assist with pricing and discount schedules, budgets, and expenditures
• coordinate sales and marketing activities
• prepare and present sales materials
• support product demonstrations
• resolve customer complaints and sales issues
• review sales and operational reports
• coordinate with other departments
• represent the company at trade association meetings as needed.
