Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external customers
• manage employee compliance processes including background checks, clinical requirements, and I-9 documentation
• coordinate and host new employee orientation with training and compliance teams
• maintain new-hire information and employee records in ADP
• gather documentation for audits
• assist with engagement activities, reports, and exit surveys
• answer employee questions about HR policies and procedures.
