What you'll do

• Prepare and process customs entries and bonds, primarily for air and ocean shipments
• complete regulatory documentation and customs clearances
• maintain client-specific Harmonized Tariff Schedule databases
• distribute shipment documents
• review client billing for accuracy
• apply knowledge of Incoterms and commercial invoices
• coordinate with logistics vendors
• prepare reports
• provide professional customer service.
