Property Caretaker — Vacation Rental Management

What you'll do

• Serve as the point of contact for an assigned property portfolio
• communicate with owners and resolve issues proactively
• inspect properties before guest and owner arrivals
• coordinate with regional leadership and operations managers
• respond to maintenance work orders
• perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• quality-check vendor work and escalate larger repairs
• respond to escalated guest and homeowner concerns
• document issues and resolutions
• assist with housekeeping when required.
